Yo.

So, um, my name is Sal, and, like, my shorts don't fit. This may have something to do with that thing I said in that other meeting about cheeseburgers, but I doubt it.

Now, of course, healthy people with an athletic lifestyle and a healthy body image don't go on diets. Of course. But what if one of them gets a little pudgy because of cheeseburgers and Girl Guide cookies and Oh, God Help Me, Hallowe'en? What if she sat down and polished off a bunch of cheese and crackers before she knew what had happened?

Well, her shorts might not fit so well.

I had great success with food logging at WeightWatchers online years ago: but I don't want to join up and pay for a food log. Do any of you have favourites that are online and free?

I weigh 158 right now. I race well at about 150-152. At the bottom end of my weight-loss phase, I hit 148, and people started asking whether I was sick. One running site I saw said my big-boned, 5'10 self should be more like 138. I think I'd die. But that weight-loss is free speed, isn't it?

I want to get back on the wagon. I need some support.

Anyone wanna come along with me?
