Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Good luck to all those gearing for IMLP. Hang strong. One more day.

Me...

18.6 mile long run with a bunch of others in a stoopid high level of hoomidity. We started as early as possible to avoid the brunt of what should be a 95 degree day here with HHH. Seemed to work. Pace was pretty good, as this crowd is on the faster side. My first long run in a long, long time. Felt good until mile 15 or so. But pace was easy for me. Then the brunt of sweating so much (HHH) kicked in. One of the guys brews his own beer, and he's very good at it, so we capped the run off with a sampling of each of his four currently on tap in his cave in the basement. A fun, fun summer run. Love those kinds.

Great day, Tri-peeps!
