<p>I ran from town to the house, 7.56 miles if memory serves me.</p>
<p>My garmin has expired, but I had a cheap Mal-Wart watch and was able to remember all but one of my splits.</p>
<p>The fade set in about mile 6. Until then I was well below HM pace after the warmup mile. It was mostly downhill so that helped <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif" title=""></p>
