Time for me to really get serious about this knee issue, which is likely to require several days of complete rest (a week? two weeks??). But it is absolutely *killing* me to read about all your wonderful workouts. So you're just going to have to stop. Or at least have a secret daily thread I'm not aware of so you can say "sat around and did nothing today" in the normal daily thread.<br><br>
And please, all other posts (with the exception of the food threads) must be written in a nostalgic frame of mind. As in "Back when you were training, what was your favorite song?" Or "Someday, when I'm training again, what kind of intervals do you think I should do?"<br><br>
