Hi everyone! I am new to Kickrunners and just wanted to introduce myself. I am a fairly new runner - 6 months and am doing around 3-4 miles a day 4 times a week. Goal is to do a half next year, so I am slowly uping my miles. Have fallen in love with running and what it has done for my body and most especially my outlook on everyday life.<br>
