Boo on a bad night's sleep, <b>Ann</b>. I almost never sleep well on Sunday nights for some reason.<br><br>
Cranked out about 3 miles on a hilly route last night, and have spin class on tap for the this evening. Have good Monday workouts, everyone!

I just keep telling myself that building a base is NOT something that happens overnight, and it takes a while and that's FINE. Every time I get myself out there to do ANYTHING, it's a triumph. The best we can do is keep getting out there. The rest will come eventually. One foot in front of the other! Every step makes us stronger! Every run or walk or plod is more than we would have done if we stayed on the couch. Hang in there! And I will too!<br><br>
Good spin class for me tonight. Hey, we all conquered Monday!
