<p>Good luck Yoshi!!!! Have you spent much time in Utah? You'll love it there! Try to enjoy the chaos leading up to the race, I find the more of these things I do the more I start to see the really complicated races as an extra challenge instead of a huge freaking nightmare like I did a few years ago.</p>

<p>7 mile early morning run for me with one pass of Salmon Creek Hill. Saw (and passed) one other guy on the hill, but he didn't seem very social, so instead of commisserating with him about the steepness of the road and the darkness of the hour, I just grunted out a "morning" and chugged on up the hill and home.</p>

<p>Bike commute home tonight, probably at a moderate pace. Left hamstring has been balky lately and I have a 10k next weekend. Time to ease up on the throttle a bit.</p>
