Good Morning Gang!

Temps soared overnight to 21F. Yippee! But then the snow that was supposed to start after the morning rush hour started coming down hard by mile 3. Footing quickly deteriorated. I was planning on an easy pace anyway, but this was getting dicey. And to top it off, I really hurt my knee running sideways (looking over my left shoulder to see if it was safe to cross a street.) Yeeoow! The pain eventually subsided but I had to focus on maintaining proper running poster and stride, no lateral motion. It's barely sore now. Tomorrow is a good day to rest I think with a snow shovel.

Hey Larry,

I've thought a lot about you and your situation lately. It sux I'm sure. Your run today, and the way you approached it, is telling. You don't quit easily or take the easy road, and you bounce back quickly after you stumble. That's commendable, hero stuff. You deserve a break today, so I hope you treat yourself to a just reward.
