Chopped back bacon, I think. Hi, Liam!

Just wrote a whopping response to everyone and it somehow got blasted into the ether.

Rosie!!!! I love it too.
Roch, goot thing your glute problem seems to be, um, behind you. Also good results for Mike, and tomwhite's back is behaving. Hally, how's the foot? Econo, yours? And how is PumpUpTheJamFF aside from being funkified?
Larry is sure in fine form these days.
Hi, choovie, Opie, millbot, hup, JJJ, jura ... everyone!

I overdid it a tad yesterday with trying out what I might be able to manage in Sal's challenge. It's supposed to be a rest day but I'm hyper, so I might pool run at noon. Hoping to ramp up the running next week.

Pink, perch posted this link a while back. It may help give you an idea of how to ease back. Four weeks went by quickly!

ETA: I see it's a little ambitious for you just now. You did the right thing stopping immediately. EZ, girl! You'll get there soon enough.

Crowd's getting kinda ugly in here.
Tammy, no planking for a bit. Get well, Tuff Girl.

Advice: Don't put on Dookie when you're already hyper.

It's beautiful and sunny today so I walked and went for a pool run. Did several karate kicks, butt kicks, high knees, sprints in the shallow end; floppy ankle kicking on the board. Sure glad I decided to go as it eased the crepitocity in my shoulders and lats.

I meant to ask Dennis: How's the knee? I'm just wondering if this has been a bother for a while since you were asking about pool running not long ago. I know I can be a PITA about promoting rowing, but have you thought about it? Just a superb way to get some intensity in your workout if you need to give some sore bits a rest.

JJJ, thank you for your kind words but wouldya mind not using the word "rip" around my neurotic ears for just a little longer?
