Good morning everyone! Gotta get stirring and get ready to head to the stadium. We have a 1 pm game and I have to be there at 10. I'll pop in later this evening to see how everyone's day is going.

OK back in. I almost fell asleep engineering our game. It was brutal. Played a d2 team and there might have been 20,000 there if that many. Such a boring game.

5 suspended starters+almost everyone played+2nd string quarterback played from 2nd quarter til end+no intensity+no effort+horrible coaches+we suck= 7 point win. It wasn't close but they scored twice late.

I'm also upset that I had to miss the first hour of the game of Tim's Bama vs. Ms. Tiff's Tigers.

Tim send that info to me anytime. I do have that website bookmarked. Guess we need to register for it first and have plenty of time later on to pick a hotel for everyone to stay. By the way, I am taking that Friday and Monday off so I spoke to some about making it an extended weekend in 'Bama in order to have a lil more fun.

Gonna try to make myself cross train while I watch the game.

Alright. That's all I know. Just glad I'm home from that game.

Good morning everyone! Have a great day racers everywhere.

Gonna scramble and get ready to start the day. Lunch at my parents house to celebrate my dad's upcoming birthday a few days early (since my sis is in town) then out for my long run of the week to complete ohr w9. Almost finished with that program- one more week! All that and I need to sqeeeze in my after church nap and some football....... we'll see

phew, back from the park. I struggled today but made it. 54 minutes in the book, somewhere around 4 miles. The trees at the park were absolutely gorgeous, like our 30 somethin wimmins. Shades of orange, red, brown, green. I promise I will get pictures soon of the lake reflecting the colorful treeline. I am in a bit of a hurry at the moment or I would have snapped a few shots today.

Thank you for your interest 2oh. Today was the end of week 9 of ohr. My pace was slower but the goal was just to survive today. I was somewhat winded and thirsty the entire time and that was a bit of a struggle. Not sure what was going on there but as I said the main thing was I didn't quit and succeeded.

I'll check in later. see ya'll.

I forgot to mention one teeny personal accomplishment. Today I decided to go the route used for the MS 5k walk/run that is held each May. Even though I have passed the 5k distance a few times lately it was still one of those small victories to actually go that route and run it all the way. Back in May I was less than 2 months into c25k with tons of nagging injuries and was only able to slowly jog the first 20 minutes of the 5k course. So to be able to run it today was a lil personal testimony of the progress I am making. Gotta build on those little victories to keep ya motivated. Know what I mean?
