<b>Beth</b> - I'm really not sure how we get away with it. The convention is in Atlantic City every year. Some districts REQUIRE you to attend at least one workshop (you get a certificate of attendance from each one you attend), while others, like mine, don't really even mention it... <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/dontknow.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="dontknow"> Every school that I'm aware of has off for those two days, but I don't think it's a state requirement. I've gone to the convention a couple times, attended a couple workshops.
