With any luck the wind will change direction as you do. Twice as much fun!<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy">

Living in this part of the country, personally, I think running a spring marathon is better. You train in colder temps but you'll also race [hopefully] in colder temps. Training for a fall marathon entails running all summer and that my friend is DOGGY.

Got some time in on the elliptical tonight and a bone crushin' session of weights. Hell, if my quads are already sore from the marathon why not do a couple hundred squats and lunges?!?!?!

Oh, also ...somehow my hamstring and hip seem to be feeling fine post-marathon. What the?!?!!? Is it possible I ran out the nasty damage there? Out tomorrow for a run to test out what the hay is going on there and if nothing, then on to 8K training. I've got a time prediction to keep!
