Hey everybody, was stuck in traffic then meetings this morning so I'm just getting to catch up on the thread.<br><br>
I'm headed to the gym at noon (its finally remodeled and opened back up yesterday). I think I'm going on the bike for a while and will do some upper body work too. I can read on the bike and I need to read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for our department book club.
 
Then I need him to run with me during my races!!!!<br><br><br>
Well, I bagged the bike and hit the pavement. I was in such a funk all morning (I definately woke up on the wrong side of the bed) and decided to run the sh@t outta my funk. I ran as hard as I could and feel all better now. Funny thing is, I thought I was fastest the 1st mile and the 3rd mile has a crazy hill so I thought that would be my slowest. Turns out the 3rd was my fastest by like 10 seconds. Nothing like a killer workout to put things into perspective.<br><br>
Speaking of the cold, it was nice today, around 50 but there was wind on the way back. I came back from the run sweating like 10 whole men but now after the shower sitting at my desk I'm absolutely freezing and have a fleece blanket over my shoulders, WTF.
