I'm not sure about the injury thing, but for me stretching helps my muscles not be so sore after a run. I feel stronger for my next run if I stretch after the previous. I also feel like stretching after a warmup improves my race performance. There are about a billion questions left...

Hmm...I've been packing on lbs lately...I'm probably over 210 and I really should be under 200...
This is what happens when you work at a place with free gourmet meals 3x a day...

I've have good luck with both. The chiropractor is great for relieving normal everyday back pain caused by working at a desk all day. However for actual injuries, the Dr's/physical therapist just have so much more all their disposal such as Estim and ultrasound. The chiropractor gets you into...

As an asthmatic I can say that running has completely changed my life. I never ran a mile in my life before 4 years ago at age 36 and now I'm addicted. However without my current meds I don't know where I'd be. It's been amazing to see my lung capacity grow from 70% or something to over...

    I'm not doing so good.
I hurt my back snowboarding and I've just gotten able to run again.
I used to run over I-90 a lot when I worked over there and it's actually pretty nice out there in the summer.

I'd rather see something like a "best improvement" race where you take your first race of the year at a certain distance, and see how much faster you can do during the course of the year (or take last year's best time)
We could do it as minutes or %faster (or both)

Every time a car cuts me off or fails to yield when I'm in a crosswalk I yell at them or even hit them if they get close enough. My hope is that the next time they'll pay attention to potential runners. Of course I hope not of them stop and chase me with a gun. I've had cars beep at me when I...

I voted no, but only because I'm assuming you want to compare your PR's with my PR's...which I only count for races.
HOWEVER...that doesn't mean you can't have "Personal" PR's...like longest long run, most miles in a week/month/year, fastest split, etc.
Whatever records you want to keep...

The most I've ever seen is 195 a couple times after sprinting the last bit of a 5K, so I consider it my max HR.
