when will gas hit $4.00 a gallon in your town?

i heard it hit $4.02 in Chicago today. there is a three day weekend coming up. i'm looking for a bump by weeks end and $4.00 by july 4, if not sooner.<br><br>
btw - the price for a barrel of oil hit another all time high today. it would not surprise me to see that record broken by the end of the week.

Ours went down 2 cents before our 3 day weekend, I wonder if it will go up for the American 3 day weekend.<br><br>
We are at $1.29 a litre I'm not sure what that is a gallon, but I think it is well over $4. Likely very close to $5, and now with the dollar at par <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad">

QN, $3.75 is close. It jumps by about 10 cents every few days or so. Won't be long. I imagine it will be well over $4 once i get back in July. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"> I should fill up before I leave!

I don't know, I don't pass by any gas stations on my bike. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"><br><br>
In reality, the increased cost will likely save me quite a bit of money, at least until next winter when the rains return. I think I drove a total of about 15 miles in last 10 days.

It was dangerously close last week. Luckily my grocery store is doing double fuel perks so hopefully I won't actually have to paid over $4 anytime soon. However I"m going to end up leaving my job sooner than I thought because it's costing me almost $10 to get to work and I only work for 3 hours.
