My boss touched my hair!

It sort of freaked me out. She rubbed the back of my head and said, "I like when your hair is like this."<br><br>
I wear my hair spikey - not sure if today is a particular good spikey day or what.<br><br>
Does your boss do things that freak you out?

I associate hair/head touching as a romantic gesture. But her comment sort of de-romanticizes it, so that's good.<br><br>

To answer the question, I get weirded out when my boss and I walk into the bathroom at the same time. There are only two stalls, so then we have pee next to eachother! Ack!

If my boss did that, I'd file sexual harrassment charges.

Well, that's up to you QN but really, you might want to think that over more if the person doing the touching is in a position of power over you. It's not ok for them to assert that level of intimacy when they are doing your reviews, scheduling raises, evaluating you, etc. It reduces an employee to a pet or a close confidante and it's very hard to have it both ways at work.

If my boss touched my hair I'd punch him in the throat.

People always ask to touch mine. I've gotten used to it, so it doesn't boter me. I mean, like complete strangers just come up to me and ask to touch my hair. My boss did once. I think just about everyone in the office had gathered around to touch my hair and he seemed to want to check it out, too. So I said go ahead.
