hmmmm, did you post a race report somewhere abb? I must have missed it. Sorry it didn't go well but you prob expected that. Your finish time will still be envied by a lot of peeps around here, so you can take that as a consolation. Get well and stick to the swimming and biking for now.

I feel great, Rogue, just my sciatic nerve that has been pinched for about month and a half really bugs me after the runs... but just usual joint soreness... my muscles feel fresh. They will hurt tomorrow probably.

Tks Fer, I hope so.

Yes, Badass, it is a PR for distance in a row, but I've run I think 33 (22+11). But doing it straight through is a different ballgame.

DB it's not that bad lol

It's just a matter of perception. Since I am running 2-2.5 miles at a time right now, your run makes me skeert

Definitely impressed though!

DB, I totally understand and agree it is a vey long distance, regardless how long you've been running. Oh trust me, I won't down play that cuz it was big effort to me. But the soreness follows the training and under my impression, it pretty much stabilizes at the marathon distance. First marathon, good lord help me. But then recovery improves and the soreness decreases everytime you throw your body out there.

I'm tired today. I ran my 8 which ended up being 8.5+ I'll see for sure once DH comes back from his run with my Garmin. Family yard work day went very well. DH kicked some major butt and I killed all the algae on the front porch and brick which was long over due. The carnival was a blast. Just DS7yrs and I went which was fun. I love one on one time. All the kids had huge smiles on their faces- it was great to see so many happy kids.

DS is still sick. He pooped in his pants while sleeping on the couch when I was gone (luckily he was lying on a towel). Poor DH had no idea where to start to clean it all up and DS was pretty upset and embarrassed. He does seem to be feeling a bit better but I doubt he'll be at preschool on Monday.

Ty- so now I'm embarrassed to say that I was tired- YOU must be exhausted. I'm so proud of you!!!! You are a strong runner. That is some serious milage my dear!

Kitty- did any of the storms hit you last night. I was nervous for you.
