Basically I guess it starts on Sunday (or maybe more technically on Monday) since Monday's are the start of my 'new training week'.<br><br>
I'll run 20ish miles tomorrow - group run. Saturdays there is a big crowd, I haven't decided if I'm going to try to run with the hammer heads at 7:15-7:30ish pace, or be a little more chillaxed at 7:50ish -8:10ish pace. I'm sort of leaning towards the latter, just to get some 'time on feet' in.<br><br>
Anyway, Sunday I'll run 8ish then the taper begins.<br><br>
So anyway March 17-23 I'll bring it down a notch - Long run of 15<br>
March 24-30 I'll bring it down another notch - Long run of 12<br>
April 1 - 5 I'll Bring it down some more - Tuesday I'll run 5-6 miles 3 at or just faster than MP. The rest of the week will be slack<br>
April 6th is Race day...<br><br>
So I guess that's a 3 week taper <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> woot
