Gaela- Hopefully you'll all be fine since he didn't get sick until 11:30 last night. Swimming...J just doesn't listen to instructors and they don't push him hard enough. Semi private are 3:1 and much cheaper. I think I might try those first and maybe the peer pressure will help.

Dw just called and asked if I'm running in the 5 mile st. paddy's race tomorrow. I regretfully said no. I could certainly run it, but I don't feel ready for any kind of real speed, and I just can't get excited about the prospect of finishing at a 9+ minute pace. I'd rather wait it out and keep up the MAF work. I'm thinking about racing again in early April. I'll have my MAF base done and I am really looking forward to getting back at it.

Johnny - I know exactly what you mean about going out to race with the intent of not running fast. IT SUCKS. I am trying to decide if I am going to be smart tomorrow and take it easy on the knee or just fucking go for it and to hell with the knee.

WILLA--I want to do that to my hair too!!! I am scared of do it yourself dyes---I just did the 30 shampoo one--figure if I screwed it up, I could just wash my hair 30 times--but it didnt lighten it enough--no one noticed--so I might go with that....let me know how it turns out!

Watched Smallville and Lost, cleaned the living room, dining room, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the kitchen, washed 3 loads of clothes and folded 2. Now... I have to run to the store to pick up some stuff DH forgot, get the kids lunch, and go to the post office.

With the box dyes, I can never get my hair light enough. I have to highlight. And the semi-permanent colors contain low or no ammonia, so they won't lighten very much, if any.

I use the highlighting kits with the cap and pull it through.
