hi Badass

Lee, nope, not doing Shamrock. I have a tough training weekend to figure out and can't have a race in it. I'm feeling better, tks.

ran 7 fair miles.
Time to eat and rush to work.

Hi Johnny- It's friday A few push-ups and a little work and the
weekend is here

ty- What are your lsds this weekend? Good job w/ the 7!

JOHNNY B!!! AWESOME picture of you and the girls last night! You three make quite a trio!!! You look so different when you are not dressed like a ninja!!! I say stick w/ the suit and tie look. Just my 2 cents!

Looks like its a slow morning out there.

I was late to work today, turned off the alarm and dreamed I got up for work. My phone with my back up alarms was no where to be seen when I woke up exactly when I was supposed to be here.

Rest day for me.

JB - Good looking girls you have there. As the years go on and they do the dating thing and boys get cars I fear for your sanity. Mine is 2 and people are already saying that about mine. Yet another reason for me to lose this extra baggage and become a lot scarier!

Suds - I was thinking by the time they were that age I could stop having poop as part of my daily conversations. We took the little one to iHop for those horrid whocakes the other day. Cindy Lou Who Poo does not come out well, I think I may be in therapy later in life for that one.

Hills - I hope your new meds work out!

Hi to nicole, and Lee!

It actually feels a lot better w/ the brace OFF! Had some interesting phone conversations w/ the Dr's office yesterday. I LOVE the doc but his staff is just ditzy!!!! He told me to keep the brace off, wear comfy, well cusioned shoes (he added cushioning to my orthotics) and if the pain gets worse between now and my next appt. to come in. It really doesn't bother me at ALL except when I run. It is "sore" but if I run over 5 then it really hurts. So I will not run for 2 weeks and be miserable. (don't tell Amber but I was actually thinking of trying out the recumbent bike or a spinning class at the gym!! )

lol! She and her boyfriend lived together and dated for 16 yrs then
2 yrs ago I guess she snapped and wouldn't leave the bathroom for 2
yrs. So he brought her food etc but she just wouldnt move. So from
sitting on the toilet for so long she got stuck. Aaahhh I think I will
call a ambulance and have her admitted to a hospital. This was in
Kansas I guess.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I do love those girls. I wish I was a stay at home dad and got more time with them. Sledding was a blast last weekend. Of course the first run down the hill Molly knocked some kid down like a bowling pin. Thank God for flexible young bones and joints. He was fine.

Nicole, that is the first time I've donned a suit in several years. We are very casual at work. Jeans or khakis most days. That's me. I friggin hated my suit days.

Got my 100 pushups in. I really need to make that regular again...
