I just posted my workouts for last night and this morning
 
alemma- there is one person on the wait list, brianinp, who would be on the high end of a 'super'. i pleaded our case with billy stating that (at the time) we were in last place and could use some "help" but billy didn't feel like it was appropriate to replace larry with someone who was so much more.. productive.<br><br>
i'll shoot another PM to billy.
 
I had a planned a swim for yesterday afternoon, but work got in the way. I'm going to try to get out tonight and do it but Thursdays are tight time-wise so I don't know if I'll actually make it there or not.<br><br>
I woke up about an hour late this morning. For some reason I couldn't sleep last night. Normally if I wake up late like that I would skip my run - more traffic to dodge the later I start and more dogs that people have put out in their yards that would distract my dog and make me have to work harder to keep him in line. But this morning I thought to myself "I need to score points." So...I headed out and got in 3.5 miles. Yay!

11 mile run for me today. Winter is taking forever to end around here. Tomorrow I'll either do 6.2 or 9.5 miles, then a 23 - 24 mile long run for Sunday. We're going to catch those other teams!

Look we will do what we have to do and if that means each of us has to step up more, then let's do it.<br><br>
It's not really going to matter what place we end up in at the end of this, what matters the most is that we gave it our all and didn't let anything keep us from pushing until the end.<br><br>
Sorry if we're gonna lose you as a teammate, <b>runsthebitterfoot</b>, but hope you feel better soon and take care of yourself! Though, I think you started on this team, you're still a part of this team. You can be our supporter!<br><br>
And I'll throw my plea in too for <b>Brianinp</b> to join our team. If he didn't join until the start of next week wouldn't that kinda even it out? Just a thought.

tiff, you are totally right. team, lets do our best and step it up if we can! i'd like to challenge everyone of you to run/walk an extra mile this weekend and/or spend extra time doing core/stretching if possible.<br><br>

I wasn't going to do the weekend bonus thing since I don't usually ride bikes. I don't even have one.<br><br>
But I'm pissy now. So I'm either dragging Heather (our teammate) to the gym with me or I will be riding my daughter's bike! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> She's 9.<br><br>

Hey guys. I'm still here. I'm know I haven't been able to workout yesterday or today, but I will be doing my runs and alt. workouts tmrw, sat and sun! Did we determine that indoor cycling (such as spin class??) is counted as cycling?

i have a pretty full running weekend ahead of me so i plan on dragging myself to the gym tommorow for a ride.<br><br>
today was a BIG workout day for our team.. way to go! i have a feeling this weekend will be huge for us. lets join alemma and get pissy and channel that energy into our workouts <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> (alemma, if you end up riding your daughter's bike, i DEMAND a picture)
 
I have had a not so great day/start of my shift tonight and this just made me smile huge! Love. it.!<br><br>
Yep, let's rock this thing with one less person. I'm in! Honestly, I've already been doing way more than I ever thought I could cause of a side bet plus adding a lot more crosstraining and I'm one tired person but I'm motivated more than ever to keep it up now.
