its up to you. personally, i don't care if you want to 1) only post in the daily thread but not in the website or 2) post in both. but whatever you do, it HAS to at least be in the daily thread. this way kim and i can double check for consistency.<br><br>

3.5 run + .25 walk tonight= 15 pts. Not crazy, but I did them after tutoring and a late baby shower (yes, on a monday.) Was running a little faster to beat the sunset! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> Thank goodness for DST now!

i had a 8k time trial with my running club tonight. i'm running a HUGE 8k in chicago at the end of the month so i've been doing time trials once a week in preparation for the race.<br><br>
today i improved my time by 17 secs and ran a 42:00 flat so i'm happy with that. i hope i can run around this time for the race this year.. it'd be over a 3 min PR from last year <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
7 miles total = 28 pts<br>
15 mins stretch/core = 3 pts<br><br>
31 total for team JUGGLE IT ON UP!

today was my "rest" day. 1 hr elliptical plus some core.. possibly more to come as i'm off work early.<br><br>

Morning All!<br>
Due to my knee injury, I had to take the last 2 days off totally.. I'm really sorry! The swelling is pretty much gone as of this morning and it's feeling great, so I ran this AM and will get in some more cardio this afternoon since it's supposed to be 73 here today! WHOOT! I hope everyone else is staying healthy and rockin' and I'm hoping for some nice weather for everyone this week.. melt some of that snow & ice and brighten some spirits!
 
hi strawberry, glad to hear your knee is better.. make sure to take it easy and not go TOO crazy. yay for warm weather! we won't see 70s for.. another few months at least <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">
 
Sorry I didn't post for Friday, it was rest day. As much as I hated to take one first day of VRAA. I thought I did post it.<br><br>
DAMN RAIN AGAIN THIS WEEEKEEND and I wanted to bike. I rack up the points biking cause we rarely ever do less then 25 miles.

Uh oh. Did we get our 100 points for picking a name for our team?<br><br>
Batmomm's team got an automatic 100 points and since she's the captain, they put the 100 points under her name. So she's way at the top of the leaderboard, but she says she's not supposed to be there. <img alt="confused.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/confused.gif">
 
12 miles plus 30 mins stretch/core/weights = 54 pts today.<br><br>
a few things:<br><br>
1) unfortunately, runsthebitterroot (larry) had to drop out of VRAA due to the flu. an email was sent to the commissioner, billy, about a possible replacement since there was a waiting list. we are still waiting to hear back from him.<br><br>
2) i personally did not input the extra bonus 100 pts and i searched through the entire database and i don't see it added anywhere. kim, any more thoughts on this? do you want me just to input it under someone (and whom? runsthebitterroot maybe so it doesn't skew everything else up?) ?<br><br>
keep up the good work. its still very early in the game and i know some people are just getting their engines warmed up. consistency is the key.. keep at it, team!!!
 
<span style="font-size:medium;"><b>Missy</b></span> - You and Kimbro are coaches right? One of you needs to put the 100 points under your name in the "skate" category. That's what batmomm did and I'm thinking the other coaches did too, because I've seen different names pop up on the leaderboard out of the blue.
