I am trying the easiest idea from the freezer bag cooking site to see if it is possible and good. Well, you can cook in a freezer bag, and the Knorr side is picked is good. I just need to decide if I want to get the tiny pepper mill I saw a Gander Mountain. I have spoiled myself with fresh ground pepper for years.

ok--I gave up reading....

DH is "thinking" about Mt W----not sure if I can run/walk it--but we will see--nothing like signing up for a race for motivation!! LOL

ALEMMA--its STILL snowing--been snowing since midnight last night--we probably have at LEAST a foot right now.....arrgghh!

NBjunkie - So, what do you do when it snows that much? Do people drive? Or does everyone stay home? Do you have a treadmill?

Can you tell I'm clueless...lol. I can't imagine being stuck inside my home. But...I think I would like it for a couple days anyway.

If I know they have sports drink, I try to train with the brand and flavor they are going to have at the race.

For Athens, I don't know if they are going to have sports drink or not, so I've just been training with water. I usually only drink about one cup of sports drink during a marathon or half anyway towards the end, more for the sugar kick than for the Electrolytes. I pound sports drink after the race is over. If I drink too much sports drink while I'm running, bad mojo starts working in my tummy.

My favorite (and luckily what they have at Richmond) is the Blue Mountain Blast Powerade. I also like 'plain old Lemon Lime' Gatorade - you know when I'm kicking it old skool.

Your poor DD! Something with vitamin C (OJ, Limeade, Lemonade) will take the sting out of her mouth... She will undoubtedly need the pedialite after the pepper reaches tummy, I'm pretty sure you're going to be looking at a case of upset tummy... I guess if there's any comfort, you'll at least know it's not the stomach bug.
