I met an Umstead pacer today. He ran the 50 the past 2 years and he is pacing the 100 runners this year. His name is Mark. He was very encouraging...He was running with a guy who is training for the CMM...
 
Oh I am glad he was encouraging...not that you need anyone to tell you that you can do this, you certainly have it well in hand...<br><br>
yes, I am feeling pretty ok, just a scratchy throat...
 
HI eveyone.<br><br>
I just got on we have been running around took dd11 to her softball<br>
tryouts, then home depo for bathroom remolding stuff and target etc..<br>
I bought some dunkins coffee to make at home so now I'm sitting here<br>
with a hot cup and watching the movie snow dogs with dd7.<br><br>
I will run later just 4 or 5 since tommorow is my 17 miler.<br><br>
ok I guess I better go sign up for the lottery yikes!! I have no right<br>
even doing that I must be crazy.<br><br>

I still need to go and run today. I may go to the gym for a bit but it is SUCH a beautiful day that I would really like to run outside. We'll see. It is mandatory family nap time right now. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
 
Sure was. DD is very sad now that all of her friends are gone. The first thing she said was, we didn't have time to do other things. I'm bored. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif">

A nap sounds nice but I have to run and it's wet and grey out there eeeewwwy!<br><br>
I went to the wake last night it was very sad but I'm glad I went I saw old<br>
friends which was nice. THen I went out for a few beers w/ them.
