Hi Jeans (bad weather there?), Andi (Awesome run girl!), Jen (YAY for A!), Nicole (super mamma), Gaela (vampire freak), Hippo (<3), Cho (Did you watch all 3 LOTR?) and Moni (enjoy your rest day!).

Also big wave to those on earlier (LEE, Suds, Alemma, TY)

Well I finished 3miles w/those dang hills! It wasn't purty, but it's done! I think I have some chest congestion. I kinda felt it coming for the last few days. A cough here and there and still trying to tell myself it's nothing. But I think I'll have to take something to loosen it up. It's driving me nuts!

Is it me or does anyone else struggle w/their runs during visitation week? Towards the end, I could feel my calves tightening which hasn't happened in a while. Also, my left foot's arch was tight. Does that make any sense? Maybe my gait changes during this time? I don't know. Something was out of whack.

Speaking of dogs, I should have done what Abbie did. I encountered not one loose dog, but THREE!!! The first two looked harmless, but I didn't take any chances so I walked by them on the other side of the street and started running again once I was past them. The third dog was real close to the street where I finish and was standing there staring at me as I approached. I just kept my eyes on the street sign and did not make any eye contact w/the dog. When I stopped, I turned and walked down my street. Sheesh! People really should keep their dogs on a leash!
