Good Morning Jeans!! We have some tempremental weather too... Freezing rain yesterday, turned to rain and in the night the winds picked up so bad I thought they will blow our windows out. The power was gone for a bit at night too!! It was very freaky!! Enjoy your run today, where ever it will be. I guess if I was you, I would run on the TM.. Running on icy roads is not safe..

morning!! my Calvi coughed badly all night and doesn't feel good I'm hoping it's nothing serious but we're laying low today so no gym. I really would like to get to work my muscles out a bit.

Lynette-I wanted to send out my hugs and prayers for your daddy!! Please update us when you can.

I'm in a little post-lotta RM friend funk. It's always so hard coming home after a trip off with the girls.

Jen-I am blister queen!! Currently sporting a large on on each toe minus the big toes. Also have one the big bump below my big toe. I used to pop them but recently I just wait, cover them with bodyglide and the fluid usually goes back in and then you have a little dry spot. Some of the ones I have not hurt a lot so I probably will pop them. I think on your arch you should pop. Also to prevent bodyglide of course or vaseline b/c you can slather more on. You can also cover the spot with tape so that it doesn't reoccur or with moleskin or lambswool.

Hi to everyone.

Nicole-the boys love the chicken/egg nasty things!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

YAY!!!! I am SO GLAD!!!! (don't let Jen see them though so that I can get her boys some when she comes down in May!!!) I am having a post RM funk day too. Had to get DD3 from school b/c she was "tired". I don't think she is sick, truly, just run down. My poor baby. I am taking her to the Dr. at 3 to get her ear checked out though. CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOUR BOYS!!!

P.S. You left your pie pans here!!! I put them in the room last night but you must have missed them. Please tell DD5 that I now have 2 excuses to come and see her!!!

gee, tks...

"non-oval" peanut was very loving this morning and was eating the candy Alemma gave her this weekend for breakfast... love it.

some reasonable good news is that although I felt shitty on the last lap yesterday, my weight is relatively normal this morning. I'd say there is basically no bloating at all.

HIPPO, question about balance here. When I finished the race yesterday, I was a salt brick. Like you could see it on my face. I had to battle Batmomm cuz she wanted to lick my face freak.
My swelling went down fairly quick. I had taken 1 caps every hour and was not drinking a whole world of Gatorade. The race station had the water on easy set up, but I didn't want to take a left for the sports drink. so, basically I drank from my big Gatorade bottle. So, when you see that salt as bad as I did yesterday, does that mean that I took too many S!Caps (or ass caps, as Batmomm says I pronounce it...) or was I just sweating my electrolytes out a ton?

andi-glad you were able to get the dog away from you. People are very stupid. There were a lot of people with dogs at the race b/c it's a public park loop that we ran. For the most part, they were considerate but not all of them, esp towards the end. Also someone let there dog crap right in the middle of the road even though we were surrounded by woods. Alemma one time was heading right into not noticing so I gave her a hard shove to avoid it. Thank god she didn't fall, I would've felt like such an ass.

Thank you for all the blister advice. It's so insignificant compared to batmomm's blisters and the rest of your injuries. Myron's heel pictures make me nervous!!

Fit- I'm thinking of you and your Dad today! Please keep us posted if you can.

Ty- stupid people suck.

My kids are bouncing off the walls today. I have them each sitting in different rooms until they can calm down. Then we're heading out for some much needed energy burning activities (although they're so quiet right now it's finally peaceful).

Andrew is doing so much better- thanks for asking! His face actually looks different because for once his eyes are aren't puffy. He looks like a different kid (to me at least). He's very smiley, happy, and full of energy- and has a lot of color in his skin.
