Morning all!<br><br>
I have 5 or 6 to run today. Weather is nasty, so I need to figure out whether it is safer to run outside here or to put the kids in the car and drive to the gym. We had rain yesterday and now it's snowing, so the roads are likely covered in ice. I will probably wait until this afternoon to be sure the road crews have been out--either way.<br><br><b>Ty</b>--wow. Impressive shout outs for 2am! You are absolutely right--Nicole's mom is the best. She was like a second (and less scary!) mom to me when I was growing up. I *heart* her. And I would love, love, love to meet you someday! Good morning guys! I am so tired today. I slept late which meant that I did 4.5 miles instead of the 6 I needed. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day. I am at work but will attempt shout outs.<br><br>

Jen - Sterilize a needle and drain the blister. I promise it won't hurt - that is dead skin anyway. Once it is drained cover it with Neosporin and a band aid. Enjoy your day with the boys.<br><br>

Oh - Today it was really warm on my run - warm enough for a skirt even - but I didn't know that until I had already left so I ran in pants <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">. And it was super windy - I had to fight to keep forward motion. And, I almost got bitten by a dog. He charged me and was barking and growling at me. I yelled at him and chased him back to his yard. WTF is wrong with people not putting their dogs on leashes? All in all it was an interesting and really hard run - I really struggled to get through it.

Swam 1500m this morning. BLAH. I am so damn sick of swimming. Had a good bike yesterday - 37 miles.<br>

Knight Rider - not great. I did not expect it to be. But I still love the theme music. And where is the monologue? I can't remember it exactly, but you remember the guy talking at the beginning? "Michael Knight... a lone runner (or something) on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the *something*... something about... criminals who operate above the law."<br><br>
It's been 20 years since I've heard that, so I have forgotten it.<br><br>
Remember KARR? The evil KITT twin? LOL.

I'm afraid it's far exceeded not liking at this point, and gone into almost a 'prostitution' stance where I'm only doing it for the money... The only thing really keeping me there is the fact that we need my income to pay the bills, and the market here seems to suck right now. I really think I should just find something new to do, but I just don't know what <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

I just booked a flight to Columbus for the end of March to visit my sister and attend my best friend's wedding in Detroit. I am so excited. I still can't believe he is getting married!!! And I will have a blast with my sister as my date.

Andi, a guy had a German sheppard off the leash at Umstead last weekend... It seemed like a very well trained one, but he spooked the shit out of me, since he came behind me and ran along with me for a bit...
