ok, I'm on server 7. I have all my crops at level 1, Iron at level 1, and I need more resources to do any more. Oh, also built a grainery and a warehouse, both level 1 and cranny at level 1.<br><br>

Ok now I want your opinion on something guys, how exclusive do you want this alliance to be? On the other server we had people wanting to join, on this one we are actually doing very well so we're getting even more.<br><br>
My gut feeling is that if we have a bigger alliance we are more secure, obviously I will recruit all the KR peeps first but how do you feel about "filling the ranks" with others?<br><br>
There are thousands of people on this server and we're not going to recruit them all so there'll be plenty of people to farm from anyway. What do you think?<br><br><b>Edited to add: We are now in an alliance with Scorp. I will post details of all alliances in the travian forum so it's easier to keep track of.</b>

sierra- your cranny is the little cave looking thing with a tree next to it. Look for that.<br><br>
I'm okay with other people in the alliance, but maybe we should have some ground rules for members. Don't know what they should be. Too bad we can't make them all start the couch to 5k program, hee.<br><br>
You should make them send one hour's worth of production once they have a marketplace, though, or some other amount of resources.

I don't like the idea of charging people to join but I do have to upgrade the embassy for every 3 members, I've had to focus on myself for a little while but then I'll be back on it.<br><br>

Oh that's 3 more wanting to join us, I now count it at 6 not including other people on KR I know are playing like Sierra, Mort and Grizz. Mattie's invite is in the post.<br><br>

I'm about to get attacked for the first time on Server 1. They won't get much, but a little. I'm sure it's some bully pickin' on the new guy. Like someone else said, I've got a long memory when it comes to this stuff! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> Hell, I was lucky to see it coming. It's like a minute away and I was able to start an upgrade just to use some resources.<br><br>
ETA: Attack not bad. Some ass named <b>crazee</b>. I thought about sending troops but does seem to be a large alliance he has there Don't think we're built up enough to take 'em on yet.

Yea, no worries. I'd rather hit 'em when we can really mess them up. And I'm way too weak to do anything. Like I said, he didn't get hardly anything. I'll focus on building my cranny up a little more. I just upgraded it to level three. Plus, I don't even have a barracks yet, so no troops.

Rules on embassy's: The maximum number of people in the alliance is the largest embassy in the alliance's level times three up to a maximum of L20.<br><br>
L3 = 9 people<br>
L4 = 12 people etc.<br><br>
As a suggestion if someone else creates another alliance and we work together then it may be cheaper and more beneficial than having one which none of us can afford to maintain. Does that sound like an idea?
