Morning all! Up and enjoying some tea before I walk over to the spa for a facial. Much needed and much overdue.<br><br><b>Duck</b> - I watch an inordinate amount of HGTV, let me know if you need help staging the house <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br><b>boB</b> - how did everything go for Maggie being away from Jillian for the first time? I hope you both enjoyed the getaway.

Hi there!<br>
Well KP is right. I am ok. The rollover happened after I slid on ice. All in all, snow is not a bad place to land. The sherriff's department helped me out and the truck is currently living at the body shop waiting on the insurace adjuster.<br><br>
My back and shoulders are pretty sore and bruised, but if that's the worse I can say the I am doing fantastic!!<br><br>
Thanks for the concern in PM and email. I will respond a little later.<br>

Well we are captive in the house again today. Right now we are getting freezing rain, later heavy snow. All plans have been changed to another day.

I was a Knight Rider fan back in the day. Maggie and I actually rented a bunch of the episodes from Netflix, just for nostalgia sake, I guess.<br><br>
Turns out the show was a lot worse than I remembered. I used to think it was really cool, but it was actually quite dumb... <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
I'll TiVo the movie tonight and see what it's like...

This is too funny to me. On the evening of the day that I gave birth to my second son, I went to get him in the nursery to feed him. I was hurting and needed a bit of relief, if you know what I mean. I ask for him at the nurses' station and the nurse just looks at me with such sorrow in her eyes. So I go over to the door and another nurse wheels him out in his basinet and says to me:<br>
Is this your first baby?<br>
me: No.<br>
nurse: oh....I just didn't want you to get discouraged.<br>
me: Why?<br>
nurse: he won't stop screaming and he's really loud. There's nothing wrong with him. He's just really loud.<br>
I thought it was weird because as soon as I had him he stopped.<br><br>
She was right, though. He was really loud. Still is. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br><br><br>

<b>KP</b> - We'd prefer to stay in this neighborhood, but opportunities are scarce and the nicer houses are so darn expensive (things are finally cooling down here though). We'd probably consider living South of 30th near Spring, in the Centennial area near the stadium, or the Moon Mountain/Laurel Hill area.<br><br><b>Tonya</b> - I'm so very glad you're ok!

I was >< this close to bringing my pedicure stuff to Surf City but I was afraid at the last second that people would think I was nuts for offering. We could've had a little spa day going. Ribsey giving out massages and my doing pedicures. Fun times!<br><br>
I just went off on someone in the PRT. I think it is time to walk away for the day. I wish it was warmer so I could run through a field of flowers, barefoot, and then lay in the grass and watch the clouds move across the sky. :sigh:

The PRT is like that sometimes. I also cannot wait for it to get warm and stay warm. Longest. Winter. Ever.

Sidecars = yummy<br>
Scotch also = yummy, and B not nearly as upset by amount of $$ spent at liquor store when said amount included good beer AND a bottle of scotch.<br><br>

Um. . .my parents also gave me beer to bring home - we are well-stocked right now.<br><br>
