Cho and Kathy~ the time travel is the thing I cant really put my brain around. I know it is a factor but I am having issues. Is it that Ben can control time? Or is it that the island has some force that changes time? And if it is only half an hour like that missile, how does that correlate with changing huge events backwards. Agh.

I think I am going to spend a weekend on the Appalachian trail as soon at the weather clears up a bit and gets warmer. The roomie is being a pain on the weekends and that would make one weekend ok.

Alemma-since you're handing out mileage assignments how far should I run? I just looked at my log and i only need one mile to hit my miles for the week, but I know I'll run farther than that.
