If there is a mass exodus then I'll probably follow and run two games for now.

Doh!

Not sure I can handle more than one server at a time... we'll see.

Oh, you guys are talking about quitting and restarting?

We're talking about signing up on the NEW SERVER 7, opening at midnight tonight.

Therefore, we wouldn't be breaking any rules

Well, any brave folks out there that aren't scurt, I'll be on there, this will be the 4th server I'm taking a village in.
We're going for SW.

I'm not sure how close we can actually get, but as soon as you get your coordinates, report them here with the server number, your town name and about what time you set it up.

We are going to pillage!

I am not registering at 4am!

So what tribe are you going to pick? I'm torn between the Romans and the Gauls. I like the Gaul's ability to build traps and their large cranny's. I like the Roman's ability to develop fields and build structures at the same time. Also their infantry is great. Unfortunatley their military takes a lot more time to train.

What tribe are you going to pick for server 7?

I was told to get an early night tonight (unfortunately because of my driving test, not because it's valentines day )

Well in the UK you start when you're 17, I didn't until I was 20 then I put it off and put it off and it's about time I really started to think about it. If I get a job it'd help if I was able to get there, hence the driving test.

We're so car oriented over here getting your license is a right of passage into adulthood. Very few people don't have theirs by the time their 17 and I remember people getting theirs in grade 10 on the first day they qualified.

I guess this reflects the superior transit system you guys enjoy.

Unless you live in NJ and have to wait until your 17th birthday to get that license and now with the new restrictions you don't even get your real license until 18. Frankly, at 16 I was annoyed that I couldn't get my license yet, but looking back, I think 16 is waaay too young to be driving.

Huh, you should try it back home in the lakes, it's terrible! It just wasn't an issue for me back then.

Funny you say that. Dad grew up on a farm back in the 30's and had a license when he was 12. I know, I know, they were driving tractors and farm trucks on dirt roads with hardly any other traffic, but its interesting that we keep delaying adulthood in our kids.

I lived in South Jersey which has a lot of rural areas left to it and went to school with a couple of kids who did get farm licences, but they were restricted in what they could drive and when with those. It just seems to me that the younger you give a kid a licence the more likely they are to get themselves in trouble with it or do something really stupid. Especially when mom and dad buy the newly-turned 16 year old kid a brand new Lexus SUV and they have absolutely no concept of responsibility for what they've just been handed.

Oh dear I'm under attack again..... Loosers
