YOU ARE CRAZY!!! And you are probably going to do the 50 in like 8 hours...lol! 
The 50-miler in Umstead will be my first and my last ultra. I know my body won't be able to handle it, but I signed up, so I will do it anyway. I've decided that it will take me 12.5 hours. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> I will do the 4 min walk/11 min jog/15 min/mile pace. Take a nap inbetween, eat some cheeseburgers. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> 
Maybe I should get S! caps too?

KKR - That was a hard episode. I really liked Mr. Eko. Felt kinda bad for the people sitting in the tail of the plane. The only one left is Bernard.
