And those of you who still haven't taken part in a 30s weekend yet, you don't know what you're missing! Make sure you meet some 30s in person at some race soon!

Last night with the Crazies was Crazy. I got in at 2:40 am. New time. Lucky for me I was DD. So i'm intact today.<br><br>
I'm going to be insanely busy in the next two weeks and i neeeeeeeeeeed to keep motivated and prioritizing with the running. I could see it falling by the way side. Can't happen! I will not fail Philly. I must get my runs in. Please keep me accountable. You could all be my RunWatchers. Please.

Having just experienced my first 30s meet up - I have to agree with <b>Bob</b>. Not something you want to miss if you get the chance. Everyone is even more handsome, funny, smooth, pretty, smart, charming and speedy in person. Yeah, <b>Dom</b> says he'll be lucky if he's not puking at the finish, not gonna really race it, and <b>Brandy</b> states before the race that she's just not feelin' it, has a cold, doesn't feel great, and yet she still whups my arse. These are SPEEDY PEOPLE!<br><br>

Happy Birthday <b>Voodoo</b>! I'll buy you a beer in February. Yeah, I couldn't believe Katie trained for "3 whole months"...although, my first marathon I trained for 2 1/2 whole months- and I <i>still kicked her ass</i>!<br>
Meeting Lisa (hangs out in the PRT and is another Boston transplant) for a run in the morning...I got new shoes today (Acis gel 1130- my first pair so I'm anxious to try them out). And, it will be nice to converse with someone else other than my DH and my cats..Cali is a bit lonely!

Whoops! I thought it was yesterday! Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!<br><br>
Re training for <i>three whole months</i>. I trained exactly 3.5 months for my first and only marathon. Would I do it again that way? Of course not. But I survived without injury, and I am still running more than 2 years later. And I finished 37 minutes faster than Katie "Lobotomy Is My Middle Name" Holmes. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">
