Is there a Friday night meetup in Philly?

We actually get the train down from New York - leaving at 10:50 from Penn Station, arriving into Philly at 12:06 in the very early afternoon.

Monk's was the first place I thought of, so that would be my vote!!! The good thing about Monk's is that it is so close to other places that we could travel on if we wanted. Also it is a pretty good location for everyone staying in a hotel!!!

Well, it looks like I will be getting in around 1 am now! Not sure how hard you'll be partying but I probably won't be able to join y'all now. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"> Have fun!

I liked the description of Monks. Good beer and good bar food = excellent combination. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> And I'd say 7 or 8 sounds good. We won't be in town until probably late in the afternoon, and will want to get settled.

The Wu clan (me, DW and DD) will be arriving around 5PM Friday. The first night we're staying in a hotel in Mt. Laurel, N.J. (11 miles east of Philly) to save a bit of money. Saturday and Sunday nights we're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Philly. We will have a car and will probably hit the city Friday night. Not sure if the DW and DD want to hang with you guys, they'll prolly go shopping instead. Saturday will maybe do a morning run, then the expo and a meet up with some Cool Runners. I have a busy social calender!
