Miles- Sorry to hear about your wife. Don't worry about missing a workout. One or two workouts isn't going to blow your race. Like Thor said, let them go and don't stress.

For me: I was too tired to run last night, so I got up early and ran 3.25 this morning. It was not the best run, but it happened. The humidity is just ridiculous lately, and my left ham was tight.

Then, I went for a bike fit this morning. He didn't change much, but he told me to come back after my race, and he'll really get me in a good position. He didn't want to mess with my position too much before my HIM. That was all good.

After the bike fit, I swam 2250 yards.

This evening will be a 20 mile-ish ride if the weather holds out. If not, I'll ride on the trainer for 45 mins. or so.

Wow, a triple workout day! This is my recovery week, though, so the workouts aren't all that bad. I'm dragging because of lack of sleep. Tonight, I'll get to bed early, I hope. <img alt="
