bootcamp leader had us in the stinkyskankyhot high school gym today for a ROCKIN' KICK ASS workout

Â

*lordy, it was hot*

Â

Rhetorical question: why do a handful the folks who joined this class saunter between stations, stand around sipping water, ponder the workout, only go at each exercise halfway, and not even ATTEMPT to improve?

Â

leader has said several times:

Â

"I'm trying to get you comfortable at feeling uncomfortable."

"You get out of it what you put into it."

"Try to do two good pushup/lunge/squats instead of 10 sucky ones with poor form."

Â

I'm snarky today, eh?
