I wish I could say I'd be returning to being a more regular poster, but I don't see my work making that possible for the foreseeable future. I'm happy I can say Good Morning most days and chat in the daily run/workout thread.

I think that Hippo is the RMAD moderator - and clearly we don't need any moderating. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> The only time that he had to handsmack anyone was when certain former PRTers were RMADers. Hmmmmm......<br><br>

Hi Ilene! I just got in 5 miles on the TM and I'm really pleased! I've been having a really hard time getting back on a running schedule since I had my daughter so it felt really good! As for the rest of today, I'll be hanging at home with the kiddos and trying to get some studying done for my CGA course.
