Conversation just now between me and a my coworker Victor:<br><br>
Me: "You might want to tighten the straps on your helmet. It isnt going to stay on that way in an accident and your brain is all you have got"<br><br>
Him: tugging on the strap "what makes you say that?"<br><br>
Me: "Well we all know you dont have looks to rely on."<br><br>

I asked DH to pick up peaches last night on his trip to the grocery store. He got 3 very large ones. They cost almost $5. Holy moly. But I do have to say, they're smackin' good.

I heard salt n' pepa on the way to work this morning. I was reminded of my HS gymnastic coach who was paranoid that one of the gymnasts would get pregnant. so we taunted her by singing "Let's talk about sex" every day at practice. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

And I'm going to eat a peach today for my second breakfast. Or as a snack, since I'm actually not hungry.<br><br>
I ate at the "<a href="http://www.skinnypancake.com/" target="_blank">Skinny Pancake</a>" last night. And I'm positive I had too much.

I can't seem to get my shit together this week as far as my workouts go...I'm all off schedule! gah! Guess I'll just ride it out and get back on track next week.
