what does it say about me that all I cared about in the College Lessons Learned thread was what everyones favorite TexMex dish was? I skimmed most of the thread and read mostly only those answers... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

One of my BIGGEST peeves is when people come to work sick. Keep that shit at home! A CW called in sick yesterday, but is here today. She doesn't look better, she doesn't sound better, she says she doesn't feel better but says she's on antibiotics and just HAS to get her sales wrapped up. Um, no one is going to want to meet with you or talk to you when you look and sound the way you do!!! Go home!!!
