I made the peanut butter soup a couple years ago and I loved it ... the rest of my household seemed traumatized by the fact it had peanut butter in it and cringes at its mention ... haha ...<br><br>
It's a spicy veggie soup .... the peanut butter makes it more a cream soup than a clearer broth one ...<br><br><br>
the cauliflower walnut one was new to me ... you puree it after cooking, so it's not got much texture ... it tastes a lot like a simple potatoe soup ... with a little crunch and flavor from the walnuts ... it's alright ... I'd make it again .... but it's not too die for or anything ...<br><br><br><br><br>
anyways ... just wanted to say they are good even if they sound a bit odd ... if anybody is interested in the recipes I can post them here or in the canteen sometime soon ...<br><br><br>
anybody else have some out of the norm soup recipes to share?
