<div style="font-style:italic;">Sisu- I changed my gait. I went to a PT who did a slow motion video gait analysis and he determined I was a heel striker and hyper extended my knees a lot. It took a bit of work and I slowed down at first (now I'm back to my normal pace). I found it to be a big help, my feet, knees, and shins feel so much better. I think I changed it too fast so now my achilles are really tight and bothering me a little bit- evidently that's a common complaint of changing from a heel striker.</div>

How did you change it? I'm just curious if what my chiro is suggesting is normal. I haven't had any problems that I can say are definitely from the way I run so that is why I'm not sure if I should worry too much about it.
