Anyone heard of it? My WW leader mentioned it yesterday. It is made of fiber, and apparently can be used to replace butter, oil, and eggs in recipes. I am considering ordering some to try baking with it.
Consumer Reports just had something in their magazine about it this month and they had a positive review. If I remember I'll try to get a summary of the report to you, but I don't know if I'll do it before the weekend, since I'm leaving tomorrow for Hartford. Still, they said it worked pretty well, the ingredients aren't bad, and the results are rather good.
