I probably should have just PMd SGH for this but I figured someone else might need this sometime too.<br><br>
I miss doing yoga but I know I can't do a lot of weight bearing poses (Warrior, et al) right now. Which also lets out the majority of the sun salutation. Is there a series I can string together where I can work around the knee for now, to at least keep moving a little since I can't really do anything else?<br><br>
I'm also going to look on yoga journal's website, but I thought you might have some basic ideas to build from. I can probably try some of the sitting twists because I can bend the knee, it's straightening it that's the hard part right now. Thoughts??
