Boy, we got only two months to go this year!

A triple-workout today as I felt I was slacking off BIG TIME. I have this 10-hrs-a week goal, but recently more hours than I want are spent on walking. 2-mile lunch-time walk as usual. Then 5.5mile run, felt pretty good and sub-10;00 pace for me. Then ran a few errands and headed to a high school pool. My left shoulder is still not 100% and I felt some discomfort.... 1750yds. I GOT to be better at doing shoulder exercises!!

Here is my commitment to do some shoulder mobility/strength exercises every day!

50 miles on the trainer? OUCH!! Doesn't sound like slacking off to me.

And way to reverse trick-or-treat SBee.

Forgot to add my commute. Warm, but a couple of sprinkles on way home and wetish roads, so time for a pre-Winter xmas wash for my precious. 31 miles R/T - not too fast! But got a November commute in anyway. We'll see if the weather holds until December...
