I went into my gym today and I got my yearly evaluation and here is how I compare to 6 years ago when I started running again.<br><br>
Here are the results of my fitness evaluation this morning.<br><br>

Weight: 201.25<br>
Skin fold Test: 25.80%<br>
Weight and Bodyfat levels:<br>
Weight: 201.3 Lean Weight: 149.3 Bodyfat: 51.9<br>

Resting Heart Rate: 78 BPM<br>
3 Minute Step Test: 112 BPM<br><br>

80 pound Bench Press: 27 Reps<br>

If had the same test done in the late summer I would probably do a little better on the bench press test which is based on maintaing a certain cadence not just the number of benches, since I spend more time in the summer cross training. During the winter I just run and run and run so I can get in shape for my normal December Marathon and March Ultra. The wierd thing is I love to run but I like to lift also since I was such a skinny runt for a long time in my life. I do need to make a concerted effort to work on my flexibility.<br><br><br><br>
