WUIF! (Wake Up It's Friday)
<p>Good Morning,</p>
<p> Slept like crap due to the weather alert going off a couple of times over night, all for marine warnings. Ugh. I hate it when it does that. Long day at work for me today. Normal shift plus I have to log back in at 10 tonight to do 4 - 5 more hours of work.</p>

<p>Apparently the smoke is pretty bad outside this morning so I might only do 3 miles.</p>
