Having an actual day off (and not because of the henious flu virus) means I get to spend a lot of time on the forum. I think I've almost caught up, and I've certainly posted more today than I have in the last 4 weeks combined. Is it 50 for a 5k? I know it's 100 for 10k, and I just read the disheartening news that I need another 100 to make it to a half-marathoner. If work keeps up like it has been, and I don't indulge in any more snow days, which I can't...It may be September before I make it to half-marathon status. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
