<p>I don't think so.  Some comments would probably be pretty easy to figure out who/where they came from.  Other comments would leave you making assumptions about individuals that may or may not be correct.  Of course, no one would have anything except superlatives to say about me anyway but for the rest of you out there... <span id="user_yui_3_3_0_8_130461971764115"><img alt="biggrin.gif" id="user_yui_3_3_0_8_130461971764114" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></span></p>

<p>I've read about 360 degree scans from a business performance perspective and I like the idea - I think it would help you get a better idea of how people see you as a manager/coworker.  Opening it up to everyone - that might be tough. </p>

<p>I've had 360 degree evaluations, and guess what, it's easy to tell from the comments that are presented "scrubbed" just who made them.  So... no.</p>
