Would you run on a sore calf?

If any of you remember my last post in here...its the other calf this time. I was having cramping issues at the pool on Monday (my arch a couple of times and then a serious calf cramp before I bagged the workout) and my calf took a beating. It was slightly sore yesterday (although not while I was running) and I ran on it anyway and now it is pretty sore (to the touch and when I walk). should I bag my 5 miler tonight? Ever had residual pain last this long from a cramp? Can cramping pull a muscle?

The cramping is something I think I need to deal with. I now think that its ab cramps that have been making many of my runs miserable. I am going to try a magnesium supplement.
