Fools, the whole lot of you!<br><br>
Alaska Mike: I know your weather query was just on the surface, but as the days march closer, don't worry about the weather for anything other than whether you wear shorts and singlet or tights. Nothing more. Because you have the training in you that no matter the day, you will stomp the hills from Hopkinton to downtown Boston.<br><br>
So I've already fallen for a few April Fools jokes, and probably a few more before the day is out...<br><br>
5.65 mile run early this morning with the typcial Tuesday hooligans plus RonBo. RonBo hauled ass up and down those hills. He kept talk'n 'bout 10 minute miles, but damn, this guy was pumping away at 5:45's with the M-Dawg pulling Lord John, the Diesel puffing black oil clouds behind, and the Andyman sweating it out, and me pulling up the rear trying to hold on.<br>

1 hour Trainer session:<br>
o WU - 20 min<br>
o 2 x 2' in each Gear (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5) - note gear 5 is 53x16 (I think)<br>
Pushed a world record 1306W over 1 hour. Okay, so maybe it was only 306W. Legs still tired from weekend. Surprised I recorded such a high number.<br><br>
